Real Alcazar

The Unmissable Seville tour begins at the Real Alcázar, an ancient Arab fortress from the 10th century that has been used and expanded by Christian kings from the moment of the conquest of the city by Christianity until the present day. In fact the word Alcazar means fortress in Arabic. A fantastic place where Game of Thrones or films like 1492 The Conquest of Paradise have been filmed.

This wonderful place has hosted kings and governors of the Umayyad Caliphate, the Almohad Empire, the kingdom of Castile and León and later Spain for more than a thousand years. Sumptuous synthesis of Mudejar, Gothic and Renaissance architecture. Its patios, halls and gardens take your breath away. We will learn the story of Pedro I who ordered the construction of the Mudéjar Palace, the underground baths of his lover María de Padilla or the incredible Hall of Ambassadors.

Seville’s Cathedral

We will learn the secrets of the spectacular Seville’s Cathedral, the most important and majestic in Spain. This church houses Columbus’s tomb, hundreds of works of art of enormous sculptural and pictorial value. You will also discover the largest altarpiece in Christianity or numerous curiosities, such as empty tombs, stolen paintings or the Virgin to whom the sailors who set out on their routes to discover new lands beyond the Atlantic Ocean entrusted their lives.

Giralda tower

The bell tower, which sevillians call Giralda, was in days gone by the minaret of the old Aljama mosque of Isbiliya. At the end of the tour you can climb to the top to enjoy the spectacular view at a height of more than 80 meters.

Quarter of Santa Cruz

The Quarter of Santa Cruz formed, together with the Barrio de San Bartolomé, the old Jewish quarter of Seville. On this guided tour we will enter its narrow streets and visit the romantic squares that make up this characteristic neighborhood, discovering how the Jews lived and their relationship with the Christians. We will see the places where the ancient synagogues emerged and the transformations suffered over the centuries. We will also learn about real stories like that of Susona, a Jewish girl who lived her life and betrayal in this historic place.

Plaza de España

One of the most beautiful places in Seville is the Plaza de España. Immense, luminous, colorful, this wonderful site represented Spain during the Ibero-American Exposition in 1929, of which it was the epicenter. It symbolizes the embrace that the Kingdom of Spain gives to what were once its overseas colonies.

Monumental Zone

In the most monumental area of Seville we will see buildings such as the Tobacco Factory, the Alfonso XIII Hotel, the San Telmo Palace, typical Sevillian squares such as the Puerta de Jerez or some pavilions from the 1929 Ibero-American Exhibition, among others.

El Arenal

El Arenal is the neighborhood where the old port of the Indies was located, from where ships left for America. In it we will discover the Hospital de la Caridad, the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza and even the Atarazanas.

Torre del Oro

The Torre del Oro is one of the symbols of Sevillians. Built by the Almohads before the Christian conquest of the city, it was a tower belonging to the defensive coracha of the Alcázar wall system. We will also discover the Torre de la Plata, somewhat more hidden from the sight of visitors, and the Casa de la Moneda.
