Casa de Pilatos Private Tour

Discover the House of Pilate, currently belonging to the House of Medinaceli. On this guided tour you will discover the Palace of the Adelantados of Andalusia, a Renaissance and Mudejar jewel in the heart of Seville. This palace was born in 1483, at the initiative and desire of Pedro Enríquez de Quiñones (IV Mayor Adelantado of Andalusia) and his second wife Catalina de Ribera, founders of the House of Alcalá. The death of Pedro Enríquez in 1493, after the Granada War, meant that Doña Catalina was in charge of undertaking the initial configuration of the house. His son and grandson Per Afán also expanded and completed the decoration of the building.
